No, unless your quote says so. Stamp paper, stamp duty and notary charges are paid separately. You print the affidavit, sign it before the notary and file it yourself.
Can the affidavit be in Tamil?
Yes. We draft in English or Tamil. Tell us which language the office or court accepts.
Do I need to send my Aadhaar or PAN?
