Will my documents stay private?
Your papers are used only for your work. We do not share them without your written permission, and we delete them when you ask. Do not send Aadhaar or PAN. Mask the number if a document shows it.
How does payment work?
We send a written quote on WhatsApp first. After you accept it, we send a GPay request to your phone number, with the exact amount and a description of the work. You approve only that request. We never ask you to pay to a UPI ID or a QR code, and never on a phone call. If someone does, it is not us.
How long does it take?
It depends on the work. A rental agreement usually takes 1 working day, a petition 2 to 3. Your quote gives the date before you pay.
Which languages do you work in?
Talk to us in English, Tamil or Hindi. Drafting can be done in English or Tamil, as you need. We translate from any Indian language to English.
What do I need to send?
A short note on what happened, and photos or PDFs of the papers you have. Clear phone photos are fine. Each service above lists what it needs.
