Most affidavits are short, but the wording matters. The names must match the ID, the facts must be in order, and the statement must end with a verification.
We write it from the facts you give us and set it in the usual form for the place where you will file it.

पहले WhatsApp पर लिखित quote, फिर उसी रकम का GPay request। हम कभी फ़ोन पर पैसे नहीं माँगते।
लोग क्या पूछते हैं
- Is the stamp paper or the notary fee included?
- No, unless your quote says so. Stamp paper, stamp duty and notary charges are paid separately. You print the affidavit, sign it before the notary and file it yourself.
- Can the affidavit be in Tamil?
- Yes. We draft in English or Tamil. Tell us which language the office or court accepts.
- Do I need to send my Aadhaar or PAN?
- No. Send the names as they appear on the ID. If a document you send shows an Aadhaar or PAN number, cover the number first.
- How soon can I have it?
- Usually in 1 working day. Your written quote gives the date before you pay.
