Questions people ask
- Do you file the petition?
- No. An advocate files it. If you do not have one, the quote names an independent enrolled advocate and gives their Bar Council enrolment number before you agree to anything.
- Can I dictate the petition instead?
- Yes. If you know what the petition should say, record it and send the audio. Dictation typing is charged per page and is usually ready in 1 to 2 working days.
- Which courts do you draft for?
- Any court you name. Send a past filing from the same court so the layout matches.
- Can the draft be in Tamil?
- Yes. We draft in English or Tamil. Tell us which language the court needs.
