We read every clause against what you told us you want from the deal. We look for one-sided terms, missing terms, unclear payment and exit clauses, penalties, and wording that can be read two ways.

The marked-up copy is yours to take back to the other side.

    quote मानने पर सही रकम का GPay request आपके फ़ोन पर आता है। हम UPI ID, QR code या फ़ोन कॉल पर कभी पैसे नहीं माँगते।

  4. काम आपके पास

    WhatsApp या email पर Word और PDF। एक बार बदलाव शामिल है।

No. You get the marked-up copy and take it to them yourself, or through your advocate.
Is this a legal opinion?
No. The Legal Works does not give legal advice. Our notes point out risks in the wording. If you want a legal opinion on your situation, the quote can include an independent advocate, named with their enrolment number.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 working days. Tell us your signing date and the quote says whether we can meet it.
